If I could ask…. a professional chef
I know that this isn’t a celebrity as such but I have had a little nagging question in my mind for a while now.
At what point does a customers’ preference end and a chefs take over? The question concerns taste preferences. A customer might like a dish cooked “wrong” as they like the taste of it. Does the chef cook it to the customers’ taste or cook it right? I do like a bit of brown sauce with melted cheese but cannot ever see a chef giving me a dish cooked to my preference.
Do you have any thoughts? Any odd preferences? Have you managed to ask the question to a chef?
